Job summary

Ips Cuidado Seguro En Casa S.A. in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub team.

The role focuses on recruiting doctors and managing their participation in market research studies, with a strong emphasis on accurate documentation and professional communication. You will engage physicians by phone and email, coordinate trainings and internal meetings in English when needed, and support translations where required.

Qualifications

• Our ideal candidate is a French native speaker.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills via telephone and email.
• Analytical skills are required.
• Experience in multinational corporations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
