Domestiko.Com in Madrid is seeking French native speakers to join our Production Hub office. You will recruit doctors and manage their participation in market research studies, with follow-up to ensure strong engagement.

Ideal candidates have fluent French, good English, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in multinational environments is a plus, and translations may be required. This role involves telephone and email interactions with healthcare professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market studies and join panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation.
• Ensure participation rates across assigned doctors using various channels.
• Handle documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and translations when needed.

What to expect

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements

• French Native speaker is required (FR)
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
