Talantir in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a dynamic French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub office on a full-time basis. You will recruit doctors, manage their participation, and support our market research studies with professional telephone and email communication.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work with a multinational environment. English proficiency is required for trainings and internal communications.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.

• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
