Job summary

Barceló Group busca incorporar un auxiliar de noche en la recepción para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del hotel durante el turno nocturno. Realizará rondas de seguridad, apoyará a los compañeros y atenderá incidencias de huéspedes.

También se encargará de la puesta en marcha del desayuno y de acondicionar áreas exteriores, colaborando en tareas operativas para mantener la calidad del servicio.

Responsibilities

• Realizar rondas de vigilancia y seguridad durante el turno nocturno.
• Atender necesidades e incidencias de huéspedes y apoyar a recepción.
• Supervisar el estado de las zonas comunes y salas de desayuno.
• Colocar y organizar el buffet de desayunos y acondicionar áreas exteriores (hamacas, mobiliario).
• Colaborar en tareas operativas para mantener la imagen y calidad del servicio.

What are we looking for?

El auxiliar de noche en la recepción de un hotel es responsable de garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del establecimiento durante el turno nocturno, realizando tareas de vigilancia y seguridad mediante rondas periódicas por las instalaciones, prestando apoyo y asistencia a los compañeros de recepción cuando sea necesario, atendiendo las necesidades e incidencias de los huéspedes, supervisando el orden y el estado de las zonas comunes, preparando el servicio de la mañana mediante la colocación y organización del buffet de desayunos, acondicionando las áreas exteriores como la colocación de las hamacas de la piscina y el mobiliario correspondiente, así como colaborando en cualquier otra tarea operativa que contribuya al buen estado, la imagen y la calidad del servicio ofrecido por el hotel.
