Barceló Arrendamientos Hoteleros, S.L. en España busca cubrir un puesto de recepción y atención al cliente en uno de sus hoteles. El candidato apoyará en la recepción, ayudará a acomodar a los huéspedes y colaborará en el servicio de bebidas y comidas.

Se exige Formación en Hostelería y APPCC, al menos 1 año de experiencia y nivel alto de inglés. Se valora trabajo en equipo, resistencia al estrés e imagen personal cuidada.

Formación

• Formación en Hostelería requerida y APPCC obligatoria.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
• Inglés alto imprescindible para atención al cliente.
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar en la recepción de los clientes y ayudarles a acomodarse.
• Atender al cliente para consumo de bebidas o comidas.
• Participar en la preparación, montaje y desmontaje de servicios.
• Colaborar en conservación y mantenimiento de la zona de trabajo.

What will you do?

• Colaborar en la recepción de los clientes y ayudarles a acomodarse en caso de ser necesario.
• Ayudar en la atención directa al cliente para el consumo de bebidas o comidas.
• Participar en la preparación, montaje y desmontaje de los servicios.
• Colaborar en las tareas de conservación y mantenimiento de su zona y útiles de trabajo.

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería. Formación en APPCC obligatoria.
