JSAN Consulting Group seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator in Madrid to drive and monitor self-driving vehicles, collect data, and provide feedback for AV testing. The role includes on-site operations, ride-hail duties, and detailed reporting to support engineering teams.

Candidates must be EU citizens residing in Spain with a valid driving license and willingness to travel to the USA for 4–6 weeks of training. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight schedules.

Formación

• Proficiency with a laptop and Office apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Proficiency using a handheld device/touchscreen smartphone.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to concisely describe thoughts.

Responsabilidades

• Operate/Drive autonomous vehicles on defined/undefined routes, primarily monitoring the vehicle in autonomous mode and providing feedback.
• Test other aspects of autonomous vehicles.
• Complete timely ride reports for operations and engineering teams.
• Work shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights.
• Maintain high safety standards inside and outside the vehicle.
