WeRide is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operator in Madrid to support road testing and daily operations of our autonomous fleet. You will safely operate and monitor vehicles, take control when needed, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

You will perform basic vehicle inspections, support demonstrations, handle EV charging, and report road conditions or incidents clearly. The role requires a valid EU Category B license, legal right to work in Spain, and a flexible schedule

Formación

• Valid EU-issued Category B driving licence held for at least 2 years.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Safe driving record with no major accidents or serious violations in the last 2 years.
• Comfortable working fixed shifts, weekends and in a safety-focused environment.
• Responsible, attentive and able to follow instructions carefully.
• Professional driving experience in VTC, taxi, private driving, delivery, logistics, fleet operations or vehicle testing is highly preferred.

• Support vehicle testing, demonstrations and other on-site operational activities.

Requirements
