Wellington Shire Council is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (EN) to join VIC Nursing & Allied Health Contract (Part Time) in the community aged care team. You will deliver holistic clinical care, health assessments and care coordination to clients living at home across the eastern suburbs with autonomy and guaranteed hours each week.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll provide medication management, wound care, and liaise with GPs and allied health professionals.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as an EN.
• Experience in community, aged care or home care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Home Care Packages and the aged care sector.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Willing to travel up to at least 45 minutes from home.
