K-LAGAN is hiring a Quality Engineer to join a technical automotive project, focusing on product quality from development through validation and industrialization. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in automotive product quality and plastic components, preferably in Tier 1, OEM or engineering environments, and will work with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in product quality or similar automotive quality role.
• Experience with plastic components in automotive.
• Knowledge of FMEA/DFMEA, APQP, Control Plans, validation docs.
• Experience in automotive OEM/Tier 1 environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills valued.
• Experience with plastic injection or exterior/interior components valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and participate in FMEA/DFMEA during development.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and standards.
• Ensure traceability of special characteristics across docs.
• Participate in design reviews with engineering.
• Define control plans, gauges, and control systems.
• Coordinate prototype deliveries according to customer requirements.
• Define and manage DVP/PVT validation plans with testing teams.
• Analyze test results and define countermeasures.
• Collaborate with manufacturing quality during industrialization.
• Act as interface with customers and internal stakeholders.
