Magna International Inc. is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join our team in Spain.

You will lead customer complaint analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and proper launch of new products from the quality area, including PPAP management. Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering, at least two years in customer quality in automotive, fluent English, and willingness to travel about once a month.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Organization or similar).
• At least 2 years of experience in customer quality in automotive.
• Fluent English (other languages such as French, Italian or German are valued).
• Availability to travel (approximately once a month).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the analysis of customer complaints with cross-functional teams (containment, 8D, AMFE review, etc.).
• Maintain fluent communication with the customer (email, phone and on-site visits).
• Manage quality activities in process or product changes.
• Review and validate customer invoices.
• Work closely with production to give and receive feedback continuously.
• Manage customer waivers and validate internal waivers.
• Define and ensure quality criteria with SQA and Production Quality.
