Job summary

K-LAGAN is seeking an Engineering Product Manager to lead an automotive project focused on development and industrialization of plastic components. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage technical activities across the product life cycle, and ensure a successful launch meeting QCT targets.

The role requires strong experience in automotive project management with OEM exposure, knowledge of injection molding and manufacturability, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive project management.
• Experience with OEMs and customer requirements.
• Strong knowledge of plastic components and injection molding.
• Experience in product industrialization and ramp-up.
• Knowledge of dimensional validation and aesthetic quality requirements.
• Experience with checking fixtures, validation equipment and tooling adjustments.
• Familiarity with DFMEA and risk analysis.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers.
• Proactive, organized, results-oriented with focus on Quality, Cost and Timing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and act as main technical contact for the customer.
• Ensure product designs are manufacturable across manufacturing, assembly, painting, production and packaging processes.
• Coordinate tooling definition, manufacturing and validation of molds, fixtures and EOAT.
• Manage functional, dimensional and aesthetic validation activities.
• Coordinate mold and fixture adjustments to meet product specs.
• Lead DFMEA activities and design reviews to identify risks and actions.
• Organize project reviews, track actions and report progress against milestones.
• Implement lessons learned and drive RETEX improvements.
