Job summary

K-LAGAN is seeking a Product Engineer to join a technical project in the automotive sector, focusing on mechanical product development, feasibility and industrialization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in product engineering, mechanical development and cross-functional coordination with design, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers and customer engineering teams.

Fluent Spanish, English and German is valued; permanent contract offered. Location: Terrassa, Spain.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or equivalent.
2–3 years in a similar product engineering role.
Experience with CAD 3D/2D design and technical documentation.
Knowledge of FMEA, testing, prototypes and industrialization.
Experience with manufacturing, quality, purchasing or supplier teams.

Responsibilities

Ensure technical feasibility of the product during offer and development phases.
Apply standardized solutions and lessons learned across development.
Participate in design reviews and support decision-making.
Ensure prototype development and delivery according to milestones.
Participate in product and process FMEA activities.
Analyze test results and define technical countermeasures.
Collaborate with manufacturing during product industrialization.
Manage product modifications during development.
Support cost, quality and performance improvements through technical solutions.
Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to optimize components.
