Job summary

NAPA, part of GPC Asia Pacific, is seeking a Parts Interpreter to provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers.

You will interpret parts, process orders, and dispatch products while maintaining strong customer relationships and safety practices in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, levering their expert automotive/mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, but also problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques. Our customers benefit from the strong relationships they build and exceptional customer service they provide.
