BYD Harmony Auto Spain in Madrid is seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to lead brand strategies, analyze market competitors, and translate customer needs into compelling automotive campaigns.

You will organize the marketing team, develop product promotion and lifecycle strategies for vehicle launches, and manage relationships with third‑party partners while collaborating with sales to drive growth and brand visibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong goal orientation, with excellent communication, coordination and project management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Chinese is advantageous.
• Valid European Union driving licence.

• Plan and formulate brand strategies, researching competitors and conducting product surveys to meet customer needs and support sales.”
• Organize and manage the marketing team.
• Develop and implement product promotion strategies including portfolio, lifecycle and positioning for vehicle launches.
• Manage communications with third‑party partners.
