The candidate should have 1–5 years of automotive experience, strong communication, and a proactive attitude, with English proficiency at least at B2 level. Engineering education is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage brake test programs and test samples (vehicles and parts).
• Understand and apply test procedures.
• Configure instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Supervise brake/misuse tests.
• Participate in or conduct tests on the proving ground as needed.
• Analyze data and report results to the final client.
• Participate in project meetings with customers.
