TheFork, a leading European restaurant booking platform, is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to design, build, and scale test automation and internal tooling using Playwright and TypeScript. You will own test frameworks, contribute reusable components, and drive CI/CD improvements across REST and GraphQL interfaces, while mentoring engineers and promoting quality culture.

Formación

• 2–5 years hands-on SDET or QE experience focused on tooling and framework design.
• Strong software engineering background with clean, scalable code.
• TypeScript or JavaScript experience.
• Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch or at scale.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins.
• REST and GraphQL testing and API client layers.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Nice to have: Node.js backend, full-stack, Docker, AI testing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and scale test automation frameworks and tooling.
• Own repositories, design patterns, and the long-term health of the test ecosystem.
• Provide reusable libraries, SDKs, and components for developers.
• Drive CI/CD decisions and reduce flakiness in pipelines.
• Partner with feature teams to test APIs, frontends, and data pipelines.
• Mentor engineers and define quality gates and metrics.
• Experiment with AI-driven testing tools and LLMs.
