Semrush, платформа для управления онлайн-присутствием, ищет QA-инженера по тестированию с упором на автоматизацию и качество. Ваша задача — построить процессы QA в активной инженерной команде, внедрить практики в цикл разработки и обеспечить качество как клиентской, так и внутренней части систем Site Intelligence.

Требуется сильный опыт автоматизации на Python, знание API, микросервисов и CI/CD. Владение Docker и английский на высоком уровне обязательно; опыт с GCP будет преимуществом.

Responsabilidades

• Создать процессы QA с нуля и определить стандарты тестирования для команды продукта.
• Внедрять практики качества в планирование спринтов и жизненный цикл разработки.
• Обеспечивать качество сквозного тестирования для Site Intelligence, включая инструменты для клиентов и внутренние системы.
• Разрабатывать масштабируемую стратегию тестовой автоматизации и фреймворк.
• Интегрировать QA в существующий процесс разработки без задержек поставки.
• Сотрудничать с продакт-менеджерами, инженерами и командами ради согласования стратегии тестирования.

Semrush is a brand visibility platform that helps marketers manage their online presence and create measurable impact. It provides AI-driven insights across GEO, SEO, Agentic Search Optimization, content marketing, paid media, and social strategy.

Задачи

• Build QA processes from scratch by establishing testing standards for a product team without dedicated QA
• Embed quality practices into sprint planning, backlog refinement, and the development lifecycle
• Own end-to-end testing quality for the Site Intelligence product, including customer-facing tools and internal systems
• Assess the current testing state and select suitable tools and technologies
• Design and implement a scalable test automation strategy and framework aligned with company-wide QA approaches
• Design, build, and maintain automated backend microservice, asynchronous workflow, public API, internal API, and UI test suites
• Test data flows across crawlers, internal configuration tools, metadata engines, and reporting APIs
• Identify integration edge cases before production releases
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Partner with infrastructure teams to establish staging and release candidate environments
• Embed quality checks into the deployment process
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to align testing strategy with product goals and engineering priorities
• Integrate QA into an established developer-owned testing process without slowing delivery

Требования

• Demonstrated experience building QA processes and test strategies from scratch within an active engineering team
• Strong hands-on coding skills for test automation, such as Python
• Solid manual and exploratory testing experience
• Experience testing public and internal APIs, backend microservices, distributed systems, and data pipelines
• Practical experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerized environments such as Docker
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), understanding of web technologies, web crawlers, or HTML structure, SQL skills for data validation and verification
