K-LAGAN in Madrid, Spain seeks a Project Manager to lead the technical design, development, and implementation of automated material handling solutions for industrial clients.

The role combines project management, engineering, and customer coordination to deliver projects from RFQ through commissioning, ensuring targets for budget, quality, and timing. Applicants should have a degree in engineering and English proficiency, with on-site availability in Madrid and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
• Experience managing or supporting engineering projects in automation/intralogistics/material handling.
• Strong RFQ, cost estimation, and budgeting knowledge.
• Solid mechanical and electrical systems design understanding with automation integration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating teams.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Availability to work on-site in Madrid and travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and development of customized automated material handling systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet targets.
• Coordinate RFQ documentation, preparing detailed cost estimations and feasibility analyses.
• Translate customer requirements into functional system designs and specifications.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams across project stages.
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning to meet objectives.
• Serve as the technical interface with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify risks and propose corrective or preventive actions during the project lifecycle.
