We are looking for a Automation Manager Test Automation & AI for Digital Platforms (xfm)for our Digital Customer Experience department.

Are you passionate about transforming manual testing into intelligent automation and leveraging AI to elevate the quality of digital platforms

Join our Digital Customer Experience team at Sartorius and play a key role in shaping the future of testing for our eCommerce and digital solutions.

Grow with us

Hands‑on automation of recurring manual test cases for platforms such as the Sartorius e‑shop, the corporate website and various configurators using Robot Framework, Playwright and Python to boost efficiency.

Plan, execute and monitor all testing activities within an agile development environment for digital platforms such as our online shop, website and B2B e‑Commerce applications.

Define and continuously improve testing processes with a focus on implementing regression testing and related tools.

Establish and automate testing standards; create and execute automated test cases.

Collect, document and translate requirements into sustainable test concepts.

Independent and self‑driven collaboration with business owners to create and automate test cases.

What will convince us

Degree in IT, Test Management, Automation, Software Development or a related field.

Several years of experience in test automation ideally in large and agile organizations.

Proficiency in Robot Framework, Playwright, Python, AI technologies, agile development and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Strong intercultural communication, problem‑solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
