WeTransact in Madrid is seeking an Automation Engineer to keep our automation running today and help build what replaces it tomorrow. You will own Power Automate flows, move from RPA to API-driven integrations using C#/.NET, and work with AI to design scalable solutions in a fast, AI-native environment.

You'll join a global team, benefit from unlimited PTO, and embark on a growth path from RPA into real software engineering, supported by a culture that values judgment and reliability.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on with Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop).
• Some coding ability, with C# / .NET experience a big plus.
• Comfort using AI coding tools (Claude, etc.) and readiness to grow.
• English at an upper-intermediate to advanced level.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain existing Power Automate estate, cloud flows and Desktop (PAD).
• Move interactions from RPA frontend to API-driven integrations using C#/.NET.
• Collaborate with AI to design scalable, reliable solutions.
• Work in an AI-native engineering culture daily.
