Syntax Iberia is seeking an experienced Automation Developer to design, develop, and deliver intelligent automation solutions across enterprise systems. You will work with stakeholders, architects, and automation teams to translate requirements into robust automated solutions aligned with governance and best practices.

The role requires 5+ years of automation development, hands-on experience with Power Automate/UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism, and a strong API/rest integration background.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on automation development experience.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST services, and system integration.
• Experience with RPA platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Experience in Agile / DevOps environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot Studio or similar.
• Translate business requirements into Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and automation standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Process Mining / Business teams to prioritize use cases.
• Optimize workflows to reduce complexity and improve automation success rates.
• Integrate automated solutions with enterprise systems such as third‑party applications via APIs or connectors.
• Ensure secure and efficient handling of credentials, data, and system interactions.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
• Support deployment to production environments (attended/unattended bots).
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize existing automations.
• Provide L3 support for incident resolution and continuous improvement.
• Follow and contribute to Automation CoE standards, security, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and audit requirements.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, consultants, and architects.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and citizen developers.
