Syntax, a leading Managed Cloud Provider, seeks an Automation Developer to design, develop, and deliver intelligent automation for enterprise processes. You will work with stakeholders, architects, and automation teams to translate requirements into robust automated solutions aligned with governance and best practices.

The role requires 5+ years of automation experience with Power Automate/UIPATH/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism, SAP automation, and a strong API mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of automation development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience with SAP automation (GUI, APIs, data structures).
• Knowledge of APIs, REST services, and system integration; Windows environments and VMs.
• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automated solutions using platforms such as Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot Studio or similar.
• Translate business requirements into Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and automation standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities; collaborate with Process Mining / Business teams.
• Optimize workflows to reduce complexity and improve automation success rates.
• Integrate automated solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft 365 / Azure, and third-party apps via APIs or connectors.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and UAT support; ensure governance and security compliance.
• Support deployment to production environments and provide L3 incident resolution and continuous improvement.
• Follow Automation CoE standards and document solutions; mentor junior developers.
