3PBIOVIAN is seeking an Automation Engineer to join our Engineering team and drive performance across manufacturing operations.

You will program manufacturing equipment and robotic systems, collaborate on the design of automated solutions, and support upgrades and expansions to meet production needs. Strong focus on quality, efficiency, and energy optimization is expected.

Formación

  • University degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or similar training.
  • Upper intermediate level of English (Level B2)
  • At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position.

  • Drive operational excellence by maximizing performance in quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Program manufacturing equipment and robotic systems, ensuring seamless communication between machinery, control systems, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate in the design and development of automated solutions, contributing technical expertise from concept through implementation.
  • Support the expansion and upgrade of existing installations in line with production requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during both pre-sales and post-sales phases with customers.
  • Ensure the proper installation, commissioning, and performance of new equipment.
  • Monitor and optimize energy consumption and drive improvements in energy efficiency.

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly motivated Automation Engineer to join our Engineering team.

As an Automation Engineer, you will

  • Drive operational excellence by maximizing performance in quality, efficiency, and productivity, ensuring safe and reliable operations at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Program manufacturing equipment and robotic systems, ensuring seamless communication between machinery, control systems, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate in the design and development of automated solutions, contributing technical expertise from concept through implementation.
  • Support the expansion and upgrade of existing installations in line with production requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during both pre-sales and post-sales phases with customers.
  • Ensure the proper installation, commissioning, and performance of new equipment.
  • Execute tasks in compliance with established procedures and GMP standards.
  • Manage projects from both a technical and financial perspective, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Monitor and optimize energy consumption (water, steam, compressed air), driving improvements in energy efficiency.
  • Education:

University Degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or similar training.

  • Languages:

Upper intermediate level of English (Level B2 - First Certificate)

  • Work Experience:

At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position.

  • You will have 26 paid days off: 23 vacation days + 2 personal days + 1 day off set by the company.
