3PBiovian is seeking an Automation Engineer to join their Engineering team in Navarra. The role focuses on programming manufacturing equipment and robotic systems, ensuring safe, compliant operations and seamless interfaces between machinery and control systems.

You will drive process improvements, support upgrades, troubleshoot issues across pre- and post-sales, and manage technical and financial aspects of projects while complying with GMP standards.

Formación

• University Degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or similar training.
• Upper intermediate level of English (Level B2 - First Certificate)
• At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence by maximizing performance in quality, efficiency, and productivity, ensuring safe and reliable operations at all times.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes and workflows.
• Program manufacturing equipment and robotic systems, ensuring seamless communication between machinery, control systems, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate in the design and development of automated solutions, contributing technical expertise from concept through implementation.
• Support the expansion and upgrade of existing installations in line with production requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during both pre-sales and post-sales phases with customers.
• Ensure the proper installation, commissioning, and performance of new equipment.
• Execute tasks in compliance with established procedures and GMP standards.
• Manage projects from both a technical and financial perspective, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption (water, steam, compressed air), driving improvements in energy efficiency.
