Nagravision, a Kudelski Group division, in Madrid is seeking a System Engineer. You will monitor, investigate, and analyze tool performance, support anti-piracy workflows, and document operational guidelines.

The role involves developing and maintaining Python scripts for automation, troubleshooting incidents, and reporting issues with clear tickets. Strong English and teamwork are essential; familiarity with Linux, databases, and basic networking is preferred.

Formación

Basic Python skills for data manipulation, API integration and automation.
Fundamental knowledge of databases and query operations.
Familiarity with Linux and command-line environments.
Understanding of networking fundamentals; IPTV/streaming knowledge a plus.
Ability to learn quickly and follow operational procedures.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

Monitor, investigate and analyze the performance of tools, workflows and anti-piracy programs.
Support operational tasks within anti-piracy workflows.
Identify and report issues related to operations; create clear, well-documented tickets.
Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and data processing.
Assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
