Kudelski Group's Nagravision division in Madrid is looking for an Anti-Piracy Operations Analyst to monitor and analyze the performance of anti-piracy tools and workflows. You will develop Python scripts for automation, support incident resolution, document processes, and maintain operation guidelines.

Formación

• Basic proficiency in Python (data manipulation, API integration, automation).
• Fundamental knowledge of databases and query operations.
• Familiarity with Linux and command-line environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals; IPTV/streaming knowledge a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly and adhere to operational procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, investigate and analyze the performance of tools, workflows and anti-piracy programs.
• Support operational tasks within Anti-Piracy workflows.
• Identify and report issues; create clear, well-documented tickets.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and data processing.
• Assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Document processes and maintain operational guidelines.
