At Shakers, we're on the lookout for an Automation & AI PM to take our Product team to the next level

1. Team and Role

Shakers MIND is the knowledge and operations AI hub of Shakers, where we combine the reasoning power of general LLMs with our proprietary datasets to unlock insights and automate workflows across the company. It’s where we build the tools that make every team at Shakers 10x more productive.

The Shakers MIND squad is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing high-impact AI applications together with internal teams, from Sales and Operations to Finance, People, and Product. This includes both building custom copilots and agents, and evaluating third-party tools to accelerate our roadmap.

We’re looking for a squad leader. You’ll have full ownership of the vision, team, and delivery. If you thrive at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and workflow automation, this is your playground. You’ll report directly to the CPO and work side-by-side with engineers, data experts, and internal users across all departments.

2. What you´ll be doing

Day-to-day as an Automation & AI PM

As an Automation & AI PM, you will work hand in hand with one of our squads to contribute to the key areas of the AI team, primarily:

  • Own the lifecycle of internal AI copilots & agents end-to-end: problem framing, task design, tool orchestration, guardrails, and impact measurement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, People, and Product to uncover opportunities and co-create solutions with measurable value.
  • Lead the design of intelligent experiences across modalities: embedded copilots, proactive nudges, and autonomous agents.
  • Translate fuzzy ideas into structured experiments; validate early with users and data.
  • Design reference architectures for GenAI (RAG, agents, tool-use, workflow engines) and deliver shoulder-to-shoulder with teams in a hands-on cadence.
  • LLMOps & evaluation: golden sets, A/B tests, telemetry, prompt/version governance, and cost and latency optimization.
  • Data & systems: connect the right tools and data sources to enable end-to-end workflows; ensure data quality, access, and reliability so teams can trust and adopt the solutions.
  • Leadership: run a cross-functional squad and align roadmap and quarterly OKRs with the CPO and leadership.
  • Define and track impact metrics; establish North-Star and counter metrics with Ops.
3. What we´re looking for

We need someone who have...

  • 4–8 years building software products/services, with 2+ recent years in GenAI (LLMs, RAG, agents) and strong technical depth.
  • Proven solution-architecture skills (C4 diagrams, trade-offs, NFRs) and a track record delivering production AI systems.
  • Hands-on with conversational systems/agents employing third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Vertex, Azure) and no-code automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
  • Exceptional people skills with a deep understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and the ability to translate user insights into discoverable features and intuitive interfaces.
4. Business metrics & Ops impact you’ll drive

You’ll co-own, instrument, and improve metrics with the VP of Operations such as:

  • Efficiency & throughput: cycle time, queue time, SLA attainment, automation coverage (% steps automated), manual handling rate.
  • Adoption & behaviour change: active users, workflow adoption rate, time-to-first-value, task completion rate.
  • Financials: cost per interaction/session, ROI per use case, margin impact.
  • LLM performance: p95/p99 latency, hallucination rate, eval scores on golden sets, prompt/version performance.
5. What's in it for you?

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 40.000€ and 63.250€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

  • Between 40.000€ & 55.000€ fixed salary.
  • Up to 15% (8.250€) quarterly bonus based on performance & potential.
