The Business Development Representative (BDR) calls companies in Australia and New Zealand and speaks with IT managers. Your role is to gather information by asking the right questions on IT‑related topics to generate a “lead.” The aim is to set up a meeting between the IT manager and the client’s sales representative. There is no selling on the phone.
Uncapped commission system
Earn additional income for every lead you generate. The commission per lead increases after reaching predefined thresholds, allowing you to set and achieve higher goals.
Early morning shift
Full‑time job (30 hours per week) with a schedule of 5:00 – 11:00 am Monday‑Friday. Two Fridays a month are on site (8:00 – 14:00). After the first month, you can work from home within the Madrid region.
Permanent contract. Monthly salary of approximately €1,730 + uncapped commission. Additional perks include free transport from Moncloa and the Cercanías station during onboarding, free Spanish classes, and a pathway for advancement within the company. The total annual compensation can exceed €20,000, depending on lead generation.
