Location: Barceló Sants, Barcelona, Spain. Full‑time position.

Responsibilities
  • Organise all reception department tasks for guests before arrival, during their stay, and at departure.
  • Check‑in and welcome guests; manage check‑out and say goodbye.
  • Provide customer support both in person and over the phone throughout the stay.
  • Handle concierge and consignment services.
  • Review reservations and ensure accuracy.
  • Perform overnight audits.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the reception manager.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Tourism, Master’s in Marketing or similar.
  • Specific training in tourism quality.
  • Minimum two years of experience in customer service and quality in the hotel sector.
  • High level of English; other languages are welcome.
  • Knowledge of office suites, hospitality, CRM, and ISO standards is a plus.
