Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California)
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time with or without accommodation
• Comfortable with technology (computers, hand-held devices)

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear
• Share knowledge about products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store, including POS
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
• Adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Promote the Rewards program to customers
• Seek self-development and growth opportunities
• Fulfill working hours per attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
