Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Social Media Content Moderator based in Athens, Greece. You will review, moderate and classify user-generated content across major platforms to keep communities safe and compliant with guidelines.

The role offers a relocation package, a monthly performance bonus, and ongoing training within a multicultural Athens team. You will engage with users professionally, meet performance targets and collaborate with trust and safety colleagues.

Formación

• Native/fluent Dutch language skills are essential.
• Understanding of social media platforms and online cultures.
• Ability to make policy-aligned decisions under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Review and moderate Dutch content across social platforms.
• Identify harmful or policy-violating content and escalate when needed.
• Document decisions using moderation tools and systems.
• Communicate moderation outcomes respectfully with users.
• Monitor trends and provide feedback to QA teams.
• Collaborate with trust and safety, policy and analytics teams.
• Participate in training and calibration sessions.
• Meet and exceed defined performance metrics.
