JAGGAER is seeking an Associate Technical Consultant to support software implementation and integration projects, translating client requirements into technical solutions and ensuring successful project delivery and client transition to Support.

You will work on multiple client projects, build integration components, and assist in workshops and meetings, while maintaining project documentation and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in software implementations, technical consulting, or SaaS environments.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTTPS communications, SQL, XML, APIs, and database concepts.
• Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish are essential.
• Professional communication skills and a client-facing attitude.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

What We're Looking For

The Associate Technical Consultant supports software implementation and integration projects, helping translate client business requirements into technical and functional solutions and contributing to successful project delivery and client transition to Support.

Position Requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience with eProcurement, Supply Chain, Contract Lifecycle Management, or ERP systems.


• Exposure to systems integration, SaaS software implementations, and AI tools.


• Travel flexibility of approximately 10–20%.


• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
