Randstad Spain is seeking a dedicated recruitment professional to screen and interview candidates for professional leadership roles, collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with the screening and interviews of professional candidates within the framework of the position specification for professional talent, and more specifically for middle and senior leadership positions
• Assists with the recruitment of passive candidates, assessing candidate expertise and long-term career potential to match specific client needs, including permanent, freelance, and order-based staffing requests
• Maintains tracking systems and communicates recruitment metrics for KPI measurement with identified stakeholders
• Supports the effectiveness analysis of different sourcing channels and selects approaches accordingly to attract hard-to-find professional candidates
• Utilizes various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify both active and passive professional candidates
• Develops relationships with professional candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the placement process
• Communicates effectively the Professional position opportunity and client value proposition to professional candidates
