• Addresses and resolves any issues or challenges that arise during the recruitment process to ensure smooth operations within the specialization
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in the recruitment process and recommending enhancements within the specialization
• Plans and coordinates recruitment projects, ensures all tasks are completed on time and within scope within the specialization
• Facilitates the implementation of recruitment technology tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Analyzes and enhances the client journey throughout the project lifecycle to maximize satisfaction
• Acts as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met and maintaining strong, positive relationships
