Joveo, a fast-growing HR tech company, seeks an Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives in Bilbao. You will partner with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office to drive high-impact projects, scale new business lines, and optimize global operations.

You’ll translate insights into action through data-driven analyses, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of end-to-end programs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a strategic extension of the CXO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
• Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
• Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
• Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
• Be the quot;connective tissuequot; between strategy and execution - moving priorities from idea to outcome.
• 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office roles (Tech / SaaS / startup background preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability - you turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Founder’s mindset: you think big, move fast, and take ownership end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across levels.

About the Role

The Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

You will work directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing global operations to steering data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional excellence.

What You'll Do
