Joveo is seeking an Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives to partner with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, driving high-impact projects across regions. You will turn insight into action, shaping priorities and enabling data-driven decisions at the highest level.

You will work with global leadership to accelerate AI-driven growth, improve efficiency, and steer cross-functional programs. This is a visibility-rich role in a fast-growing HR tech company.

Formación

• 2+ years in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office roles.
• Experience in Tech/SaaS startups preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability.

• Act as a strategic extension of the CXO and drive high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
• Partner with leadership to plan and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
• Lead deep-dive analyses into performance, opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
• Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
• Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
• Be the “connective tissue” between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea → plan → outcome.
• Exposure to AI innovation, global markets, and executive decision-making.
• Direct access to the CXO, CEO and leadership team, working on company-defining initiatives.

About the Role

The Associate Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

You will work directly with the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Office, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities. This includes everything from scaling new business lines and optimizing global operations to steering data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a strategic extension of the CXO, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.

• Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.

• Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office roles (Tech / SaaS / high-growth startup background preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability — you turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Founder’s mindset: you think big, move fast, and take ownership end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across levels.
• Deep curiosity for AI, technology, and the future of work.
