PrimeVigilance is a global pharmacovigilance specialist. We are seeking an Associate Pharmacovigilance Project Manager to support Europe, coordinating project activities, timelines and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-moving regulatory environment.

You will act as the primary contact for project matters, define scope and milestones, and prepare monthly client reports. PV project management experience (CRO/service provider) and a life science or healthcare degree are preferred.

Formación

• PV project management experience required or with CRO/service provider background.
• Ability to communicate at senior levels within pharmaceutical organizations.
• Leadership, planning, mentoring and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary contact point for project-related matters.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services.
• Prepare project scope and objectives based on signed agreements.
• Plan project activities, deadlines and milestones.
• Report to client and management with monthly reports for invoicing bases.
• Demonstrate PV activities including ICSR processing, reports, literature screening, and SOPs.
