A growing property management firm in Spain is seeking an experienced Interior Designer as an independent contractor. This role involves collaborating with property owners to create stunning home designs aimed at maximizing rental performance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Interior Design and strong skills in Canva and Adobe Photoshop. This fully remote position offers a compensation of $1,500-$2,000 per month, with $500 bonus potential.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional interior design or staging experience, particularly in vacation rentals or hospitality design.

Triad is a fast-growing property management company specializing in high-performing short-term rentals. We partner with homeowners to maximize revenue while providing guests with elevated vacation experiences. A key part of our success comes from making homes visually stunning and guest-ready.

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our international team as an independent contractor. This role is client-facing and focuses on helping property owners stage and design their homes to shine in professional photos. You will collaborate directly with clients, recommend design improvements, and create digital mockups or staging concepts to guide installations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their property and design goals.
• Provide staging and design recommendations tailored for vacation rental performance.
• Develop digital design boards, layouts, and mockups using Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Figma knowledge is a plus).
• Ensure design decisions align with creating warm, inviting, and high-performing listing photos.
• Collaborate with the Triad team to coordinate staging timelines with property photoshoots.
• Present design ideas clearly and confidently to homeowners.
• Provide feedback on final photo sets to ensure staging quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design (or related field).
• 2+ years of professional interior design or staging experience (vacation rentals or hospitality design a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Figma a plus).
• Excellent client-facing communication skills; fluent in English.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to create compelling visual presentations.
• Comfortable working independently with international clients.
• Must be available during 9 AM – 6 PM EST hours.

Compensation & Contract

• Independent Contractor role (paid via Gusto).
• Pay: $1,500-$2,000 / month (Base: $1,500 + $500 bonus potential).
• Fully remote, part of Triad’s international team.
