Triad is a fast-growing property management company specializing in high-performing short-term rentals. We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our international team as an independent contractor.

• . This role is client-facing and focuses on helping property owners stage and design their homes to shine in professional photos. You will collaborate directly with clients, recommend design improvements, and create digital mockups or staging concepts to guide installations.

Meet with clients to understand their property and design goals.

Provide staging and design recommendations tailored for vacation rental performance.

Develop digital design boards, layouts, and mockups using Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Figma knowledge is a plus).

Ensure design decisions align with creating warm, inviting, and high-performing listing photos.

Collaborate with the Triad team to coordinate staging timelines with property photoshoots.

Present design ideas clearly and confidently to homeowners.

Provide feedback on final photo sets to ensure staging quality.

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design (or related field).

~2+ years of professional interior design or staging experience (vacation rentals or hospitality design a plus).

~ Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop (Figma a plus.)
