Ebury in Madrid is seeking a Graduate Software Engineer to ship real code from day one, building mission-critical features for a global fintech platform. You’ll push production code within your first week and own features end-to-end in a fast-growing environment.

This hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) offers mentorship from senior engineers, structured progression toward mid-level and leadership, and the chance to work with AI-first tooling to accelerate learning and code quality.

Formación

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures and software design.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable code in a modern language.

What You'll Do

• Build & Scale: Design, test, and deploy scalable software solutions powering our international financial platform.

• End-to-End Ownership: Take features from dynamic design sessions and architectural reviews through to deployment and maintenance.

• Collaborate: Work alongside cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams to solve high-stakes challenges.

• Level Up Engineering Standards: Participate in code reviews, drive CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to standard-setting technical discussions.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Degree (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Core Fundamentals: Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, software design, and complexity analysis.

• Coding Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).

• Mindset: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, accountability for the code you write, and a collaborative team attitude.

Bonus Points

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Software engineering internship experience or a cool side project/open-source portfolio.
