We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to design, implement and manage the AI Literacy & Adoption train‑the‑trainer program. This role will identify, support and empower internal ambassadors across the organization to promote AI literacy, responsible tool use and accelerate adoption through a distributed champion network.
A minimum education level or a Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
Proven experience designing and managing train‑the‑trainer or ambassador programs. Experience in training and change management preferred.
Digital literacy and experience with knowledge‑sharing platforms and tools.
Ability to motivate and empower internal champions across diverse teams.
Strong presentation skills particularly to senior‑level stakeholders is required.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross‑functional teams is required.
Passion for fostering organizational learning and confidence in AI.
