Gridlines is seeking an experienced model audit professional in Spain to analyse and review complex financial models, ensuring robustness and reliability. You will guide multiple teams, drive methodological improvements, and translate technical findings for clients and internal stakeholders.

The role demands 6–10 years in financial roles within advisory or large corporates, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of project finance. A hybrid work setup is offered to support client delivery.

Formación

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in a financial role within a recognised advisory practice or large corporate setting.
• In-depth understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification beneficial.
• Sector leading expertise in Project Finance

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
• Lead model audit assignments, models are arithmetically and commercially correct.
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into the delivery of assignments.
• Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
• Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Lead a team of model audit professionals.
• Train, motivate and lead junior team members on assignments.
• Collaborate closely with team members, learning and contributing to assignments.
• Communicate model findings and insights effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Simplify complex financial model issues to make them understandable for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business
• Lead in the development of client pitches
• Lead client calls and build client relationships
