BTD is seeking a skilled Financial Modeling Analyst in Madrid to build and validate complex project-finance models. You will prepare detailed projections, structure debt schedules, and analyze financial viability to guide investment decisions.

The role requires 3+ years in financial modeling, strong Excel (VBA) skills, and the ability to communicate with banks and stakeholders. English is advantageous, and the team values precision and teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial modeling and Project Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills (including VBA) and experience with complex financial models.
• Knowledge of financial instruments, Project Finance contracts, and variables such as CAPEX, OPEX, and inflation.
• Experience in model validation and financial reporting.
• English proficiency is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive financial models under Project Finance structures.
• Prepare financial projections (revenues, costs, CAPEX, OPEX, etc.).
• Structure debt drawdown and repayment schedules.
• Calculate financial ratios and returns.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Monitor the evolution of project financing.
• Support communication with financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Analyze the financial viability of projects.
• Support divestment processes through financial and economic analysis.
