Novartis in Barcelona seeks an Associate Director, Business Process Excellence to lead end-to-end transformation across the drug-development value chain. You will apply zero-based redesign, Lean, Agile, and data-driven approaches to deliver improvements in cycle time, productivity, quality, and compliance.

You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate insights into measurable value and to coach teams in process excellence and change leadership for sustainable ways

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Biotechnology, Business or another relevant discipline.
• Significant experience in Business Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, enterprise transformation, process re-engineering, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical Development, including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Technical Development, or Manufacturing.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional transformation from diagnosis to measurable business impact.
• Expertise in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Value Stream Mapping, BPM, or zero-based redesign.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-level process transformation across the drug-development value chain from problem definition to future-state design and value realization.
• Apply zero-based redesign to simplify processes and improve outcomes for business and patients.
• Shape AI-enabled future-state processes and operating models.
• Translate data and process insight into action by diagnosing bottlenecks and adoption barriers.
• Build transformation cases with clear statements, outcomes, and value realization.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to enable leadership decisions and align on future state.
