Medpace is actively seeking PhDs and/or post-doctoral researchers for a full-time, office-based Associate Clinical Trial Manager to join our Clinical Trial Management team. The role focuses on clinical trial administration and management, offering a path into CTM with strong foundational training.

Formación

• PhD in Life Sciences is required or strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy.
• Maintain project-specific status reports in the clinical trial management system.
• Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors.
• Provide oversight of study supplies and regulatory filings.
• Create and maintain project timelines and minutes for meetings.
