Medpace is seeking a full-time Associate Clinical Trial Manager in Madrid, specifically targeting candidates with Oncology related PhDs and/or Post-Doctoral Research experience. Formación

• PhD in Life Sciences is required.
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills is necessary.
• Experience in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports.
• Interact with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors.
• Provide oversight of our internal regulatory filing system.
• Manage study supplies.
• Create and maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.
