Medpace is expanding its Clinical Trial Management Group in Madrid. We seek Clinical Trial Managers with Immunology and Infectious Diseases expertise, open to expanding to new therapeutic areas. We offer remote flexibility after probation and a competitive salary/bonus program, with equity grants for associates.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience, CRO experience preferred.
• Phases 1-4 experience; Phases 2-3 preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bid defense experience preferred.
• Management of overall project timeline.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and provide accountability for day-to-day operations of the project, as defined by contract and ICH/GCP.
• Serve as primary Sponsor contact for operational project-specific issues and study deliverables.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication.
• Provide cross-functional oversight of internal project team members and deliverables, including training.
• Review and provide input for study protocol, edit check specs, data analysis plan, and final study report where applicable.
• Develop operational project plans and manage risk assessment and execution.
• Responsible for management of study vendors.
• Manage site quality, including direct supervision of CRAs and monitoring deliverables.
