Simon-Kucher is a global consultancy with a strong focus on growth optimization, offering an Associate Consultant role in Barcelona starting January 2027. You will support major client projects, collaborate across international teams, and contribute to shaping strategies in healthcare and beyond.

The position targets recent graduates with strong analytical ability, fluent English and Spanish, and a passion to learn and grow within a values-driven, entrepreneurial culture.

Formación

• Recent graduates with above-average performance in Bachelor's/Master's studies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent business English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
• Highly motivated to develop new skills and grow personally.

Responsabilidades

• Support projects for industry leaders and early-stage ventures, driving launch effectiveness and commercial excellence.
• Impact client businesses and healthcare outcomes through strategic insights.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and assess strategic options via targeted business and market insights.
• Carry out competitive and benchmark analyses and evaluations.
• Support the development of strategies, solutions and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Work in international project teams with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
