Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: define sales strategies with the Store Manager to hit targets and seasonal peaks.
• Customer Experience: ensure a memorable, authentic shopping journey for every customer.
• Team Coordinator: organize schedules, lead daily briefings, monitor KPIs, and motivate the team.
• Operations Control: manage restocks, inventory, and visual merchandising to brand standards.
