ASICS EMEA Getafe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will help supervise staff, manage back‑of‑house operations and ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards.

Fluent Spanish and English, a BA in business administration, and two years in retail leadership are required to thrive in a fast-paced, inclusive environment focused on teamwork and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Two years as SV, Shop in Shop Manager or ASM experience required.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, people development and management.
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Customer oriented.
• Analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• To support the SM in meeting or exceeding store sales target.
• Be able to effectively control the store during periods when the SM is absent
• Understand local market trends and improve store performance by analysis of reports and KPIs.
• To work with the store manager to achieve brand standard in customer service and selling, product presentation and merchandising
• Manage back of house operations and share in the cleaning duties of the store where required.
• Supervise the staff within the store, ensuring staff are motivated and trained on ongoing basis.
• Ensure best practice in terms of staffing levels, be following the rotas and schedules
